Martin Payne & Brian Dilworth, as far as I know big John Gracey is living in a cottage on the coast of West Scotland. Was living there for sometime when I met him about 12 years ago. He still has family in Newry or Bessbrook. Millvale?

Lorie Begin was asking about the McCrum's. Jean McCrum married Tom Mc Keown and they lived in Dromalane Park. One of their children was called Albert. I suspect there is a connection

Stories you see on the telly, that have been filmed in the local Newry area, have
Been shot by Joey.

Hi Barry, it’s great to hear from you again. The good old days indeed, I can still remember that night you borrowed your dads’ old Austin A40 and took Joe McGrath and myself for a drive.

Your prayers are asked for the early full recovery of our friend and frequent contributor John Macan of Australia who is fighting a serious illness. John's poems and pics have always been particular favourites here.

While on the subject of literary contributions I am deeply grateful to all who have offered. I am running short of material to upload (at one article a day, no wonder!) and would appeal for more, from new readers as well as old. You know the standard by now.

Your glass must always be half-empty, Watcher!

Do I hear you say, well, thank you, Editor, for Martin Auden's photo is now twice as wide - a real panorama, in fact - and brighter and sharper?

No! You've got a black line!

Well! Tough!
