It is exactly two years since we posted results of the archaeological finds in the Loughbrickland area, unearthed at the construction of the new dual carriageway ...



...... in that vicinity (history/archaeology/Neolithic Homes Find herein).

On Tuesday 17 October at 8.00 pm in the New Bridge Integrated College, the then Site Director Simon Large will treat you to an illustrated talk on the results of this find.

It should be worth attending.

I still cannot believe our heritage can be so thoughtlessly discarded. 

Yet worse is happening in the Boyne Valley!
