We are very sad indeed to announce the death, on Thurday evening last, of Eileen Malone of 6 Cherrywood Grove.
Eileen's remains will be interred after Requiem Mass in St Catherine's at 3.30 tomorrow Sunday.
Eileen in life made contributions to this site. Her previously deceased husband Thomas took the movies, for example, of the demolition of North Street/Water Street where he lived and had his butchery shop business. Later they lived in The Meadow. Eileen was a most gentle lady without parallel. Thomas was a true gentleman.
