It is appropriate in November, the month of remembrance, that we print the photo below of Newry veterans of the War to end all Wars.

In the middle is Terence Quinn of the Royal Irish Fusiliers.

He fought at the Somme and at Ypres.  He was one of the lucky ones to return.

The other two soldiers are also from Newry.

Can anyone name them?

...

PS  Someone has produced a Scroll of Honour of Newry First World War veterans from which Terence is strangely omitted.

Do you know who this was?  If so, please tell us.
