AND the brilliant news is that Newpoint Players made a clean sweep of all SEVEN major honours announced at the Finals at Portadown last night!

Well, guys, doesn’t that take the edge off having to spend St Patrick’s Night in Portadown?

[Only joking!!]

Among the honours won was Best Play (well done, Sean Treanor!) and as a result, Newpoint are ALREADY (before they even play to their home crowd!) through BOTH to the Ulster Finals at Belfast AND to the All-Ireland Finals at Athlone.

I couldn’t be happier for you all.

It makes all that hard work worth while!!!
