Things are happening on this front. First, the date and venue have been confirmed as Friday 22 February in the Miller Suite of the Canal Court Hotel. Tickets (yet to be printed) will be sold on a first come-first served basis, but probably after Christmas.
Second, we are attempting to have a Reunion Magazine published – possibly before Christmas – and we will need YOU to support this – our first venture into the field – with subscriptions.
Also, if you have photos and/or stories for inclusion, email them urgently to Editor at Newry Journal – before 30th September, if they’re to have any hope of inclusion in our Magazine.
Third, bring all your old Meadow photos to Vera (O’Hare) McMahon, c/o Kieran Rafferty Solicitors on Hill Street for copying AND RETURN within 24 hours. If we get a good/fair response to this appeal, we will offer in return, not just your own photos returned promptly – of course! – but a CD or computer file containing ALL the old photos we received from everyone!
